Company ProfileBeth K. Whittenbury, Esq. has been an attorney since 1990. Since 1992, she has dedicated herself to resolving employment issues without litigation. She currently conducts fact-finding investigations and mediations of employee complaints. She also provides expert witness services and sexual harassment training to comply with California law. She has written numerous articles on sexual harassment and discrimination issues and is currently updating her book, Handling Investigations of Employee Complaints. Ms. Whittenbury has been very active in professional H.R. Associations and Bar Associations. She is a life Fellow of the American Bar Foundation (ABF), a distinction available only to 1/3 of the top 1% of lawyers practicing in each state. She served as the Western Regional Chair of the Fellows from 2003-2007 and served on the Board of Directors for the ABF from 1999-2005. Ms. Whittenbury works with associates who have extensive H.R. experience.
