Fees

• $250/hr
• $250 reservation fee refundable with 48 cancellation
• Reservation fee applied to first hour
• Employees must commit to spending 3 hours mediating (if resolution reached prior to the three hours, the mediation is complete and the employees can return to work)
• Employer only charged for time actually spent mediating plus expenses
